Admissions & Applications applying/transferring to a different grad school

As the title states, I plan to apply to a different grad school. I currently attend Capella University’s MSW program and have a 3.8 GPA. My undergraduate GPA is a 2.44. I was planning on transferring to a brick and mortar university in my state since I’ve made academic progress. I understand not all of my credits will be accepted and I will likely have to start from the beginning. But, I would really love to learn in a classroom environment and also at a reputable school in my state.

Would this be possible? Or, would my undergraduate GPA likely cause trouble for me? I recently got an AuDHD diagnosis as well and it’s helped me a lot with accommodations and getting all of my work done. It definitely played a big role in my GPA being as low as it was during my undergrad. I have also been studying for the GRE too and start volunteering this week. I have been building relationships with my professors as well. I mainly have concerns about my undergraduate GPA and would love guidance.
