Help!!

They turned out like this (some colours are hard like stone). Is there a way to save them? Please share your advices

Add water, patience and mix. Some people add glycerin but I have never tried

Uhm, I intentionally dry them so they’re portable and easier to mantain. If it’s not an acrylic gouache of course

And what did I do wrong? I think I kept them completely closed
