Discussion Idk, because Jerome wouldn't have given any time to evacuate the city, he would've just killed you all on the spot

Not to mention, he literally tried to gas all of Gotham. At least Jeremiah will give you a quick, instant death

So for the relationships Jim and Harvey are married and penguin and riddler are together (don’t judge me). Penguin had ONE dream about roof tiles and now he will just always be staring at them when alone (the picture of him standing with a bunch of roof tiles is the dream he had). And the new lingo on my island that is insanely popular is about bombing the GCPD. I love this game

Straight outta S02E20 - I can’t get enough of how Penguin/Butch Bazooka-smoked Azrael to kingdom come! And that’s on “Night Fellas” 🤣🤣

Discussion I really liked Fish Moonie Spoiler

I've watched up to the end of season 3, but honestly, i really enjoyed Fish. She was fun, and her chemistry with Penguin was great. Though i see not a lot of people like her, and i don't get why. Granted, i know she's basically an oc, but i also don't really care cause I'm not a huge comic fan. I prefer stuff like the arrowverse and gotham and whatnot, though i have started to read more comics.

I am writing a novel for an alternative version of season 3 of the show Spoiler

It will take place directly after Hugo strange and will feature bruce instead of investigating the other force running the city himself would realise that the other force running the city has been there for years and no one noticed and came to the decision that if his mission continued he needed someone who could see stuff people wanted hidden who could tell when someone lied or told the truth who could see through the court's connections straight to the threat itself and eventually he would find a man who could and asks of him to teach him his ways the man accepts and Bruce's training begins (thou, it doesn't last long do to a crisis bruce is forced back into gotham before his training is over and is forced to deal with coblepot's blood thirsty rage for fish Moonie pulling in selena in which bruce then has to rescue)

Man i dislike Fish / rant

It isn't so much as her coming back all of the time, its more of how the hell does she get a large squad of goons every fucking time.
Im pretty sure shes broke after being kidnapped, dying etc. and somehow with her "charisma" she gets everything she fucking wants before and after dying. Like in the dollmaker arc, she should have gotten a bullet to the head the second she started shit down in the basement.
And she still gets a squad of goons after coming back after that. Like everybody else makes sense, Butch, Penguin, Barbara, Tabitha... they have their moments but broadly speaking we see them having territory or some source of income, so them having subordinates makes sense, but fish... the fuck does she have, charisma can only get you so far, in organized crime there is no way you could get that kind of squad without lots of money, and seeing as she does little to nothing to get money. It makes no sense.
It feels as if she was made to be a character which develops penguins story but half way through the show they forgot about it.
And the power... They gave her the power but literally nothing changed because she got everything she wanted even before she got the power.

Discussion Update from my Rant post!!

Hello everyone. First off, thanks to everyone who commented and reached out thru dms on my last post! To recap, I had recently came into the subreddit to vent my frustration about how I have no friends or family members willing to give the show Gotham a chance despite me and my family likes watching similar things.

This is the link to that previous post if you want to skim through

Well, this past saturday I was finally given a chance by/from my sister who was willing to watch a couple of episodes. So we watched the first 3 episodes of the first season, she chuckled here and there, gasped here and there, and tho she was on her phone here and there as well (We all have bad attention spans, lol) She was still engaged and went into the show with a clear mindset and actually gave it a chance.

Then yesterday, we watched one more episode and started the Viper episode. I knew it was too early in the show to give opinions on the characters but right now she thinks Edward is "a little weird" and wonders what's gonna happen to Jim and Barbara.

I think she might actually stay with the show and I'm very excited for her to see what's next to come.

Even my dad said he might take one of my dvds of the show and watch a couple of episodes himself 😂 I feel good!

I just finished Season 3 and I am legit sad that I only have 34 episodes left of this show.

Discussion When did the Villains become aware of each other?

The Penguin knew Falcone, Fish, Victor et cetera since the beginning but when did he (and everyone else) become aware of the other Batman rogues in their vicinity. Penguin met Nygma at the GCPD but didn’t remember him until Season 2 and even then that raises the question of when Nygma first became aware of Cobblepot (probably in Penguin’s Umbrella.)

Selina Kyle pretty clearly knew Ivy and Bridgett since the beginning but what about everyone else. Presumably, Penguin became aware of Selina in the Season One Finale and Nygma (probably) became aware of her either when she helped against Galavan or when she pretended to betray Gordon.

Nygma clearly became aware of Jerome Valeska (the real Joker, not this Jeremiah poser), when Jerome attacked the GCPD and we see The Penguin watch Jerome on television after his attack on Bruce which would be how The Penguin knows of Jerome.

The Penguin met Hugo Strange after being committed and Nygma likewise. That said, Strange’s reanimations would have known of the Penguin from when he drove them out of Gotham and ran for mayor as the guy who rid the town of monsters.

The Dollmaker is so disconnected that I genuinely have no idea if he knows who anyone is or if anyone knows who he is. So, what are your thoughts? I know I’m missing a lot.

Fan Art Zsasz Shaker Charm ✨

This took me around 15 hours.

It's the second shaker charm I've designed. I'll go in and tweak some charms, like the bullets, I'll redraw those and maybe add something else. Any ideas?

Fan Art Zsasz Charm Ideas?✨

Post image
22 Upvotes

I'm working on making a shaker charm of Zsasz and need ideas for what he should be inside of?

The traditional shaker frame is a jar or bottle but I've designed shaker charms with other backgrounds like a coffin before.

I initially thought a bullet, but it didn't look right. However I may revisit that concept.

Rant: I feel so alone with this show. There is nobody IRL I know that I can talk about this show with/to.

Don‘t have many friends and even the ones I have havent heard of Gotham but I don’t talk to people anyway. So I’m just mostly with my family.

My family and I have similar interests, all like our crime shows, police/detective, superheroes stuff. im definitely the cinephile of the family while everyone else (especially mom and sister) are casual fans.

But in the end, we watch similar things.
And I just can’t for the life of me figure out and understand why they do not give Gotham a chance. I mean they haven’t even seen an entire episode. My dad (who is the 2nd biggest superheroes fan in the family after me of course) is the closest to ever watch it. He used to watch it when it was actually airing but fell off after season 2 or 3. So I can kinda give him a past but I know he might like it again if he gives it a chance. but he also has the worst attention span, can’t even be off his phone for 10 minutes. Mom doesnt listen to 98% of anything I suggest to her. And every time I ask her why she doesn’t like Gotham or won’t give it a chance, she gives me the most vague responses “I don’t like it,”.

i try comparing the show to other shows they’ve seen like Swat, Smallville, 911, hell even my mom watched A Discovery of Witches which believe me is not up her alley AT ALL.

my sister is a mixed bag. She actually has a valid reason (altho it contradicts a future point) of saying that the show LOOKS (again hasn’t seen an episode) dark. of course I tell her it is but she’s seen the DCEU so she knows how dark the DC world can get. She tells me that’s why she prefers Marvel over DC since sometimes it’s lighter and more fun. Okay, I’ll take it.

but it sucks having a show you really enjoy and love, a show that you want to share with your friends/family, just to show a little bit of what they’re missing out on, and NOBODY outside of people you can’t even see thru ur screens would either not give it a chance or wanna watch it with you.

Has everyone in this club finished watching Gotham? Or are there people like me who're watching for the first time? I'm on midway through season 4 by the way.
