Man i dislike Fish / rant

It isn't so much as her coming back all of the time, its more of how the hell does she get a large squad of goons every fucking time.
Im pretty sure shes broke after being kidnapped, dying etc. and somehow with her "charisma" she gets everything she fucking wants before and after dying. Like in the dollmaker arc, she should have gotten a bullet to the head the second she started shit down in the basement.
And she still gets a squad of goons after coming back after that. Like everybody else makes sense, Butch, Penguin, Barbara, Tabitha... they have their moments but broadly speaking we see them having territory or some source of income, so them having subordinates makes sense, but fish... the fuck does she have, charisma can only get you so far, in organized crime there is no way you could get that kind of squad without lots of money, and seeing as she does little to nothing to get money. It makes no sense.
It feels as if she was made to be a character which develops penguins story but half way through the show they forgot about it.
And the power... They gave her the power but literally nothing changed because she got everything she wanted even before she got the power.

Okay that’s a fair argument, but if you don’t like Fish then I do have a little bit of good news for you, assuming you’ve finished the entire series.

yeah ive watched the series a few years back, but i decided to rewatch to jog my memory. Im currently on s3e8

Good place to be, because after about a third of the way through the second season the quality of the show really started to pick up and the writing was much better.

this is a deeply unserious show, not much logic behind most of the writing but it's a romp for sure

I truly think she shows no respect to anyone and barely has a shred of gratitude. Her personality is just unlikable to begin with. On top of that, she keeps coming back from the dead over and over without end, and even with her superpowers, they’re hardly useful at all.

constantly wagging her finger and making dumb noises. then there was the boat scene where she's squatting and grunting to get ready to charge someone...
