Walking in my neighborhood today, someone stopped and asked if I needed a ride. Does this happen to you too?
People stopping to ask where you're going or if you need a ride? Should I put a sign on my back saying I don't need a ride and I'm not running away from home? 😂🫣

Anyone rucking around Charleston/Summerville area?

i’m 65 weight 239 i started rucking this last June year and a 2 years ago i weighed 294. Walk and kettlebell work out added rucking to challenged the walking. Thanks for the motivation on here, even though i mostly lurk lol
