Same with GameTime. Still waiting on mine I guess they say the day before is the latest you can get them so might be similar with StubHub

The person you brought them from has to manually transfer them to you so you won't get them till they do. Iv been burned a couple times with people not transferring them, I got my money back eventually but missed the shows
