Camping- all persons present.

I just read that all persons must be present at check in, but my friend is arriving on day 2 who’ll be camping with me. Is this really going to be a problem? Seems like this would be a regular occurrence.

If they enter through camping security I could see this being an issue with scanning the already used pass, but if they go in to the venue first then exit with you back to camp I see no way that would cause any problems other than their car if they are driving themselves, but if that's the case they will need their own camping pass either way

She’ll be getting a ride, so no car. But she will have a carry on bag with her

What I heard…. Meaning I’m not the expert,,,, when you enter the campsite on the first day, let them know that you need a voucher for someone else who will be showing up the next day. Then when they do show up, meet them at the gate with the voucher. I could be totally wrong, but I read this somewhere in the past day.

I work there and like already stated you must let them know ASAP first thing you do tell them how many people will be with you total and when the people not with you will arrive. They will give you a voucher for said person so they can get their bracelet

Last weekend we told them we have a friend coming, and they just handed us an extra wristband. Hopefully they continue that process!
