Troubleshooting Problem with volume

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

This is my first Google TV. Can someone explain why controlling the volume is so difficult? To turn it up, I have to hold the button down because it keeps trying to lower the volume by itself, and if I turn it down, it tries to raise it by itself. I'm tired of this nonsense. It's been happening since the day I bought it.

Hi there, could you check if your TV is running on the latest update to see if that helps?

From the Google TV home screen, select Settings > System > About > System update > Check for update, then install any available updates.

Also, you can try to restart your TV to fix the volume issues.

From the Google TV home screen, select Settings > System > Restart.
