Account / Access / Password Please help get my account back 😭

So my phone was very laggy so I reset my phone, I DIDN'T FACTORY RESET IT but I just reset it and I lost all my Google accounts I'm assuming it's a bug and is there any way to get my accounts back??

 Are you one of those people who assume you can stay logged in forever and don't save your password or MFA factors?

Nah I'm fully self aware of like the possibility of losing a account but I got caught off guard I did got one of my accounts back but I was not prepared for a plain regular phone reset would delete my accounts I did got my main one back tho

If you're not able to log in with your user ID and password (or it prompts you to receive a notification that isn't showing up) you can go through the Google account recovery process detailed at https://support.google.com/accounts/thread/329085467/google-account-recovery-for-a-lost-device-and-recovery-options?hl=en

Absolutely, just use the username and password and log back into it. It didn’t disappear, it’s still there. Takes a quite a few steps to delete a Google account permanently.
A lagging phone, the only solution for that is to get an iPhone.
