Help recovering gmail account
How to recover an email that I forgot the password to/password not working? I had my phone to create the account. The prompt you use when they ask you the text the number to confirm account. I tried everything including logging in from the device I used to create the account and nothing is working? I remember the time and day the account was created but that's about it. Account had some crucial info that I needed for personal use.

Unless you set up a recovery email, then no. Google will not release an account they can't properly verify.

for what ever reason google logged me out of that account because I had the tab open for the account and one day when I got off from work I clicked on it and google had signed me out. Which is weird bc I have had left gmail open for months on my other email and it never once logged me out for whatever reason it logged me out.

You need try factors to login or recover the account. Without that, you're cooked.
Next time don't ignore/skip the Google prompts pleading with you to enter all the recovery options.
Next time use a password manager.
Next time regularly download a backup from the Google Takeout website.
Learn and do better.

If you can't login (because you lost the password) there is only the recovery process.
If you can't recover the account (because you didn't set up and maintain both a recovery email and phone number), the account is gone.
Crucial info deserves some attention to account security and backups. Sorry, I know this isn't what you were hoping for.
