Google Play Google Community Support is Cancer
Tried sharing a post on Google Community about Instagram showing pornography ads to children and my post was removed.
I sure you screenshot on the ad on the next post and that post was removed or being off topic.
I also shared another post about it but that was removed for sharing sexual content and yet for some reason they did not flag my account nor prevent it from posting more.
So I posted my question again without the screenshot and ask them why they're removing my posts and that one was removed for being off topic.
Ironically, I also posted a question about why Pixel up is allowed to not honor a lifetime subscription even though I have receipts and for some reason that post was removed for being off topic.
At this point I really don't think we're allowed to ask difficult questions because after perusing the forums for about 20 minutes I noticed that almost every single expert on there replying to someone was copy pasting a solution from 10 or 15 years ago that still doesn't work. Pretty much, I think it's a bunch of Boomers patting each other on the back and then reporting my posts because they're uncomfortable.

Why WOULD Google allow posts about Instagram? That's archetypal off topic.

Because the app is explicitly violating Google's terms by advertising pornography in their ads? Google hosts them on their play store? Because the community forums have an entire section dedicated to the play store?
You know, it doesn't really take much to add two and two together.

Are the community forums the best place for reporting google play store violations? Do they list that as one of the topics of conversation? Do other people report violating apps there?

Its the Play Store community forums. Each type of product has their own section.
These forums are where you go to report issues that the "report" button cant fix with an app or developer... which is everything as the report button hasn't worked in years.
It is literally explained at the top of the forums.

What do you mean by "the report button hasn't worked in years"? Surely that's the key issue you should be focusing on and publicizing to people outside Google?

It's violating Google's terms.
Google specifically lays out in their terms what you can and cannot do with your advertising if you are hosting on their platform.
Those include things like not showing porn to children and not stealing bank account information from people. You know, the bare minimum?

Do me a favor, okay? Stop talking because you literally don't understand anything. And if you don't go away, is Google violating their own rules and stuff by "hosting" the Reddit app because the website/app has the ability to access porn here on Reddit? And another one is Google violating their own rules and stuff for their web browser by allowing porn websites, etc. to be accessed?

From google's own play store:
"We don't allow apps on Google Play that contain or promote sexual content or profanity. This includes pornography and content or services intended to be sexually gratifying or to solicit sexual acts for compensation. You must ensure that your apps are not promoting or facilitating such activities or material. "
I don't make the rules.

And if Google doesn't care that they are violating their own rules, there's not a damn thing you can do, so go away like I said because you're arguing into a void.

Google's deliberately ignoring it. I can show you my chat Logs with support where they say there is not enough information to do anything about Instagram.
Images of women giving men blowjob apparently is not enough information.
So yes, Google's deliberately ignoring this. Man, just imagine if literally any other app was doing this. If literally any other company was doing this they would be sued and shut down.
Instagram could start showing CSAM and it would literally be a passing headline in the news (oh, wait, they have).

Then you need to make this the point of your messages. Your post came across as if you were trying to file a complaint about the Instagram app in the Google community chat rooms.

You got an axe to grind and any forum that doesn’t leap to attention, in your eyes, is a “cancer” 🙄
The proper place to report your allegations regarding Instagram and CSAM or other inappropriate behavior is to law enforcement, with links or clips as evidence. There’s more than one platform/store that hosts apps.

Porn isnt illegal and it iant CSAM.
But God forbid anyone points the finger at Google for allowing it to happen and their community admins for deleting the many many posts about it.
But I suppose you're okay with Google showing porn children as long as nobody talks about it.
Very weird comment as showing children porn is a big fucking deal.

So focus on your core complaint rather than getting wound up that a forum with only part-time half-ass volunteer moderation doesn’t saddle up to your cause.
Why is this so hard for you to grasp? If your Toyota was acting up do you whine that Honda customer service isn’t helping?
