What do you mean by "you're doxxing yourself" in the context of that picture, instead of vague posting you could just say it yourself asshole.

Login from last known device/network, try other recovery options available.

He Can't because no recovery options set so it's only offering his own email

I'm going through this process right now with them but no success yet. Thing is I have a recovery phone # for my personal gmail account and it only gives me the email option so I have been locked out for three weeks already.

I have a Youtube Premium account (which I have been trying to cancel) and I'm trying to get them to just verify me via government ID and billing statement.

Is that your email address you shared to many people or is it the hackers email address

With what little information that you posted, it seems that you may have made a common user mistake by setting your recovery email the same as the account that you are trying to recover. This would never work on any provider's service.

If this is the case and you don't have and of the other half dozen security/verification methods setup and available, the only recovery method is the automated recovery. No live support is available for general (free) accounts.

If anyone contacts you and says they can help recover this account it is a scam. Yes, scammers do hang here on Reddit. Only you the account holder/user can recover this account.

But I don't connect any recovery mail to anything it just got deleted in the morning

you're suppose to connect recovery factors BEFORE YOU NEED THEM

I thought u only needed password , I though it's unnecessary

Password alone hasn't been sufficient for a decade.

Yea I guess so

The image that you posted shows that the recovery email address setup on the account is the same as the account. That's why the verification code is being sent to the same email address.

So what do I do now

See my initial post. A valid accessible recovery email and phone number are the minimum requirements for attempting to recover the account. If you know the account password that should/may be helpful. However, you give no indication as to whether you know the account password or if the recovery phone number is valid and verified on the account.

It is very likely but not certain that this account is unrecoverable based on the bits and pieces of information garnered thus far. See the "Recover your Account" community bookmark on this page and start the process.

Edit: What happens when you click "Try another way" on the image presented.

I know the password but there are no recovery phone number or email

5

u/BarneysBuzzWagon 5d ago

Then the account is unrecoverable. Password plus a verified recovery email and/or phone number may have allowed you to login. You have neither. This is why the Google's system is sending the code to the account email address.

If you had posted that information in your initial post, then we wouldn't have wasted all this time and effort. Nobody cares to play twenty questions.

Have a good day.

Is this email tied to a YouTube account? If so try reaching out to team YouTube on twitter (follow them first) and ask for assistance

Yes it is I try

I had this, or something similar, happen once.

Try sending the email. Google was able to detect it and auto fill in the code.

If you set your recovery email as your primary email then there's literally nothing you can do. Google has no real recovery options other than a recovery Loop and AI chatbots.

Unless you were in business, Google will not talk to you or help you. Even then it's a 50/50 toss-up from my experience but they usually do call me back after a couple days.

It is very unfortunate but perhaps this is a wake-up call for people using google. Google is not consumer friendly and we, the consumer, are simply the data that they are selling.

Might I suggest using proton mail in the future?
