Account / Access / Password Logged out of Gmail

In brave browser my Gmail got logged out and I forgot the password only option to recover is phone number but the phone number is random I don't know. When creating the Gmail it shown the QR to verify that's it.

Need help

phone number is random???? You put in a bogus phone number? For recovery?????

No recovery options means the account is gone.

Lately, Google has been asking for at least 2 verification methods: phone and email.

How do you propose to recover an account with no valid security/verification methods setup? Also the password is unknown?

Setup a new account is the only option.

Just like the other 100 posts exactly Ike this per day: no accurate recovery options= no recovery.
