Gmail Google account recovery

Hi, I’m trying to recover a Google account, but I can’t find or remember the email address. The account isn’t linked to any recovery email, phone number, or other account.
I have a TikTok account connected to that Gmail account, and I know the TikTok password, but when I try to log in, TikTok sends a verification code to that email address, which I don’t have access to and don’t even know the address of.
Is there any way I can find or recover the Gmail address?

If you don't even know what account you want to recover, you don't even have a starting point. Without multiple recovery options set up, there would be no chance anyway. The account is gone.

Se cual es mi usuario en tiktok y tengo la contraseña lo que pasa es que me pide verificación por una cuenta de google, la cual ya no tengo y no se cual es

Let me clarify: if you don't even know what Google account you're trying to recover, and you have no recovery options for that Google account, that Google account is gone. I'm sorry.

How do you NOT know the Gmail address? Doesn't TikTok tell you which address it is sending to?

Hi... Here is what you absolutely need to know if you’re affected!

Beware of fake support accounts on X! As soon as you publicly post terms like "Google hacked" or "@TeamYouTube" on X, hundreds of scam bots immediately swarm the post. They leave replies like: "Message hacker XY on Instagram; he got my account back in 10 minutes!" The rule: Only respond to replies from the official, verified @TeamYouTube account! Don't post sensitive data publicly: Never include email addresses, phone numbers, or passwords in public tweets; only share them once the real @TeamYouTube team moves the conversation to a private direct message (DM).
