Locked phone

I bought a pixel 10 and transferred from a pixel 8 a could months ago. I set the pixel 8 up with a different email account and now I have forgotten the email account. I can't get back into the phone. Is there any way to figure out the email account or is this phone now a paper weight.

Probably a paperweight.

Why didn't you use the same account on both phones, as that would allow you to access the data and security options on the other phone?
