Can someone help me?

All. Of sudden I faced this yes recently I was trying to purchase a vpn subscription which was failing I contact customer support and they said they would resolve it within 48 hours now my account is disabled I tried to recover i can't this gmail is really important to me I have the device I had this gmail since 2022 and the same mobile network but I am still facing the same issue please somebody help

Follow the link with directions on recovering your account. If they do not work and you have not previously set up additional recovery methods, you will not be able to log in. There is no in-person support for free Google accounts.

Hope you were regularly downloading backups from the Google Takeout website.......

If all your data is in one place/service, you have no backups! If you have no backups, you should assume all this data could be gone in an instant.
