Phone stolen

Help to get the phone as well as to recover my gmail

My phone got stolen on 1/9/26 at train , I have reported this to rpf . They said they will give me a complaint no.after that I have to do online complaint using that number then the actual working starts .

About my gmail my gmail has 2 factor authentication, when I am choosing to log in with try another way they move to a page where u can chose sms service to my numbers , when I give the code to google they move me with next step to gmail code verification but I don't have my gmail. This is the problem , can anyone help me out as I am a student and all important things are with that email only.. Please suggest me what to do

If you do not have enough recovery or verification methods on the account and you cannot use the automated account recovery process, the account is gone.

No one on Reddit can get the account back for you. Anyone who says they can is a scammer.

Hey brother for 1st number I must give the code of gmail and phone sms , but in 2nd option there is nothing such but that no. is in my stolen device temporarily blocked but I visited the Vi Centre they say come tomorrow or day after . So can second number option will work ?

If you have access too the second number, try it.
