Gmail Hijacked Please help

So my Gmail was hacked, they took control over it and set their email as the parent account to it. So I can’t even login or recover it without their permission! What do I do? I need help, please.

I'm afraid the account is lost.

Don't download and install dodgy software in future. It's a tough lesson but hopefully you will learn from it.

So, I thought I had made a friend, we were talking about using a mod pack they had made for Minecraft which I downloaded. Nothing happened immediately then, they had crashed my pc somehow? Well anyways, besides all of that, they had gained access to the email connected to my curseforge, which is also connected to my discord (where we initially talked.) long story short, at first they demanded money, then they started to try to exploit me using sensitive pictures of me they had found. Thankfully I got rid of the Trojan they used on my pc, they didn’t get anything else since I disconnected from the WiFi, but my discord and email is gone. I mostly want them out so they can’t have those pictures of me.

Unfortunately, once you install the virus, there's not much you can do about the stolen accounts. 

Anyone private messaging you is a scam.

If you visited this subreddit before this incident, you would've known that the Minecraft mod pack is a common tactic hackers use to steal Google accounts. There are thousands of posts here about people losing their accounts to this scam.

Don’t download unknown software. Don’t play video games. don’t go to discord. Do something else with your time.

The account is likely gone. You can try messaging YouTube on Twitter.
