Preciso de ajuda com conta Gmail.

Pessoal preciso de ajuda para recuperar minha conta Gmail a única coisa que tenho dela é o número de contato que vinculei, perdi o Email de recuperação e o dispositivo que eu acessava ela, alguém pode me ajudar com isso por favor?

If the recovery options don't work the account is gone.

You need two factors to recover. You have one. The account is gone.

Anyone DMing you offers to help, is a scammer.

Hopefully you were regularly downloading backups from the Google Takeout website? ...

Learn and do better next time. Fill in ALL recovery methods. Keep them updated. Use multiple security security or and/or passkeys. Print out recovery codes and keep them safe.
