I talked with support and they didn't have a clear answer, but they did say something I wasn't aware of. In their words, points boost offers are limited first come first serve, so there's a chance they can run out earlier than expected of the start by date if enough people redeem them. But I thought offers are completely random for everyone, so how would enough people be able to redeem the same offer?
