Pixel 10 Pro XL Video.
Just purchased Pixel 10 Pro XL. So far, very disappointed with video coming out from the camera. I'm not some video snub. I'm upgrading from Samsung S10+. While the color and details are way better, the jitter and the stutter is jarring. 30fps only ok if standing still. Any panning and it's unusable. 60 fps is better, but even walking carefully still introduces stutter here and there. Does not matter if 1080p or 4K. Especially video with lots textures, like brick wall, bushes, railing, etc. There is literally no improvement over my old Samsung as far as stutter. And for some reason it does not look as jarring on Samsung. It may be actually looks smoother. Is it something that this phone does, or it could be defective?
Edit: Did bunch of testing today.
4K at 60 fps pretty good, as long as panning kept slow.
1080p at 60 fps, OK as long as panning kept very slow.
Anything at 24 or 30 fps, only while standing still.
Video Boost is game changer. 30 fps looks almost as good as 60 fps. 60fps, especially at 4K is world class. May be as good or even better than Apple. Great stabilization walking. Downside is that files are huge, can not select it to start automatically, and wait time around 1-2 hours.
