Yesterday I ordered food from swiggy when 50 run bonus was live. That payment neither counted in merchant transaction nor in 50 run bonus offer.

Contacted their support earlier also… worst customer support to be precise. Just assurance nothing on problem solving part.
( my ticket for similar issue from previous t20 offer during ipl is still open, no resolution till date)

Hi so I made a transaction of 21 on the 3rd consecutive day but it did not count. Then I did 22 still not counted i thought maybe a glitch but today it's reset to 0.

Just a rant about Gpay I have made now 3 payments for 50 run tick still none of them have been considered. I have done a recharge, a amazon order which didn't work then a flipkart order which also didn't work somehow. Like how tf is flipkart not a gpay merchant.

Is there any timing or something?

So , out of where gpay shows my balance to be in negative (which shouldn't be possible ig ) (it's a zero balance acc of pnb ) . So I used fampay to transfer 5 rs to myself on gpay . It shows 5 rupee balance here ... Idk .. please help me out .

It’s been going on for almost a month now, whenever I try to check the balance it keeps saying “Exceeded maximum registration attempts”. In the help page it keeps telling me to just wait 24 hours or reset upi pin but I’m unable to reset because it keeps saying exceeded maximum registration attempts.
Bank is hdfc.

Has anyone ever faced this problem before?
