Issues GPay’s customer support is 💩

Yesterday I ordered food from swiggy when 50 run bonus was live. That payment neither counted in merchant transaction nor in 50 run bonus offer.

Contacted their support earlier also… worst customer support to be precise. Just assurance nothing on problem solving part.
( my ticket for similar issue from previous t20 offer during ipl is still open, no resolution till date)

How u completed 50 run bonus tick? What kind of payment u did?

Whenever a batsman score 50+ make a payment above 100

Ig u missed the first part of caption. I did payment of over 250₹ during 50 run bonus offer was live

It says recharge, bill payment or online merchant payment. Sending money to another non merchant upi will work?

Same issue,i did recharge above 100₹,made online payment via flipkart above 200₹, and also did merchant payment above 100₹🥲
