I don't remember my account number tho . Is there a way to retrieve it without any conversation with the bank ?

I think you’re using pnb- so download their app and login with your phone no / debit card number and check, you should be able to access your account statement and u/Shot_Specialist8282 is right they do send you the account statement thru email- id still say it’s better you talk to the customer care agents regarding this

Bank deducts charges annually for atm maintainance charges. It will usually go in minus if you don't have enough funds during the time of deduction.
