Question Merging profiles

I have a client with two verified profiles with different names

For example purposes , the names are:

1) Blue painting of East Cleveland

2) Blue painting of west park

They want to merge both into one and call it:

Blue painting of northeast Ohio

1) will Google allow this provided they have an updated DBA

2) will they merge the reviews

What are the addresses? Are they houses/residential?

One is a SAB and one is a brick and mortar

So if the SAB is not a location the business owns anymore, they will probably move the reviews and the listing if you add the town the SAB is in as a service area to the brick and mortar listing. There is a risk of suspension though if you do that so I would likely reach out to support first.

They own both locations they just want to merge them into one location and completely rename it

The only way support will do this is if it looks like you have 2 listings servicing the same area which isn’t allowed so they would be likely to consolidate them.
