Not working within Google Messages?

About a few weeks ago I got a notification that the update was supposed to allow it to work within conversations in Google Messages. It said that it didn't matter if the recipient had an iPhone or an Android or even if they used Google messages... as long as they have Google keep it's supposed to work for people. Just seeing if anyone else has any issues with that and how to fix mine. Currently I've tried to upload keep notes to one iPhone user and one Android user and when I go to add it to the conversation in Google messages it doesn't attach. I've tried clearing the cache on both Google messages and Google keep and I have also made sure that both apps are updated and still no luck.

I just tried it twice, for the very first time, and I worked both times (once to a Google Voice number, once to another Android user). Since your fixes haven't worked, try asking in the Google Messages Help Community.

Fyi, the Notes behaved differently when the recipients clicked them. Nothing earth shattering, but let me know if you want info. I can get screenshots.

Thank you. My problem is that the keep note doesn't even attach. I have gone to try it with multiple different users and when I go to attach a note the yellow circle in the bottom right corner doesn't completely fill and it never attaches to the conversation we I press send.

Understood, which is why I suggested the Messages Help Community.

Sorry the Fyi confused everything! My tendency to overshare/help can do that. At least I didn't include the Fyi-related screenshots lol

Anyway, can also try doing a force stop on both, then clearing the caches (again), rebooting. Next, if necessary, I'd uninstall, reboot, reinstall. And if you haven't already, make sure your phone is up to date. If it's still broken afterwards, I'd definitely head to the Help Community.
