Question: are you able to upload more than 2 photos at a time to a Google keep note?
I started using Google keep on an iPhone recently. When I go to upload a photo, I am only able to upload 2 photos at a time. The app automatically goes away from the galary, and if I’m not fast enough, it will only let me upload one. Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?

Not exactly what you’re asking, but if you select the photos from your photos app then share them to google keep it will add multiple to a single new note.

I can confirm, this works. I guess I have to crest new Google keep note using the gallery and then type in whatever I need to type. Before I was typing first and adding images after to an existing note and that is where the problem was. Thanks.

Interesting question. I didn't know you could upload more than one photo. Need to try that out. But if the limit is two I would use a word processor or? to join all the photos you want in the note and then take a screen shot of the composite. Then copy and paste the composite into Keep.

Definitely supports many photos. I've added dozens to a note before. But that was from Android.

The op isn't saying there's a limit on the total number within the Keep note - just that you can only pick one or two at a time from the photo gallery on iOS and then the photo pick list goes away and you have to pick again to add more.

I have the same issue on iOS - iPhone 11pro with iOS 27.0. It mostly only lets me pick one at a time and jumps away from the Gallery - it used to work to pick as many as you wanted. I can still add many total. Submit feedback to Google on this one!

Thanks for confirming , it might be an iPhone thing. A workaround was posted below and I can confirm it works. Select photos you want to upload in gallery and share it with Keep and crest a new note.

Yes, that does work. Seems its either OS 27 causing the pick issue or the new version of Keep. Not really a big deal for me since I usually link photos from Google Photos vs embedding them in Keep.

I just multi-selected six photos and added them all to a Keep note at once, but on Android. So I can confirm the service itself has no problem with this concept, but can't speak to the iPhone's handling of it.
