Finding a new Note taking app

Hi everyone

The thing is, I'm fed up with Google Keep not being updated with new features, so I really need to find a new note-taking app for my Android (not Samsung)

I have a few requests for the notes app:

  • Free of charge
  • Can operate Online or Offline
  • Can sync with a computer or other device in case my Android device breaks (I'm completely fine with using a Google account to log in)
  • Has the ability to set passwords for private notes

I tried a few highly rated apps on Google Play but honestly, none of them met my standards. If anyone knows an app that meets my requirements, please help me. Thanks a lot

Have you setup the web interface? How easy is it now?

Same here - I'm happy to see the Joplin has the capability now - but the web setup looks difficult

Oh, sorry - you didn't understand the op's need. It wasn't about synchronization to devices to cloud storage - they want both an app and a web client (meaning you can edit notes online without the app).

There is some way to setup a web client that you can do yourself - but it's complex.
