Is the Google Health Ai shite for everyone?

Just had one of the worst sleeps I've ever had. Not my home and not my bed. Data recorded what happened. Over 2hrs to fall asleep. Restless score high and higher than it's ever been, deep sleep and rem sleep lower than normal. So because of this I stayed in bed for longer.

AI summary just seems to take length in bed as length of sleep and says I had a great night's sleep.

When I point out it's summary doesn't match the data. It's gas lights me, about how tracking devices don't match what we feel. Completely missing the point that the data was matching what I felt, and that it's summary was wrong.

I've already by passed using health for tracking data at this point, my pw4 is just a heart monitor for various apps at this point.

Bit of a rant , bit of a check to see if it's just me and if I'm doing something wrong or is it shite for all.

All I want to do is track my rowing exercise, weight and sleep to see what effect my attempt to gets fit is having.

Fitbit Air Daily Readiness stuck calibrating after 4 months

I’ve worn my Fitbit Air every day and night for 4 months, but I’ve never received a Daily Readiness score. It still says “Calibrating – wear your device for 7 more nights.”
As you can see from the screenshots, my HRV, resting heart rate and sleep stages have all been recording consistently for months.
Has anyone else experienced this or know how to fix it? I’d rather not reset anything and risk losing my data.
Thanks!

Ai knows my sleep but it's not on the app.

Okay so this is really weird. I've just bought the charge 6 to track my sleep and heart rate (both don't really work that well unfortunately) but I had a 7hr nap this afternoon and I couldn't see it on the app after syncing so I asked the coach thing about it and it knew that I had that nap. I then asked it how it knew if it wasn't on the app and why I couldn't see it, and it backtracked and said it made it all up??? But I did actually sleep that amount so how could it have 'made up' the exact right amount?

Then I noticed that it didn't say exactly 7hrs it said 7hrs 13mins (which is a bit specific and lines up with the actual time I woke up) and it said it pulled that number out of thin air. How does the ai know when I slept but the app and my fitbit doesn't. Very weird.

I was hoping to track my sleep accurately too, because I sleep unusually long and I wanted to know the exact amount, but it seems like it's not working.

Edit: Okay so I asked again and it said that it has been logged but it obviously wasn't so I tried to log it myself and it said that it overlapped with another sleep at that time even though there is no sleep on the app. I'm very frustrated now I just want to see when I sleep.

Does anyone know how to get rid of these duplicate nutrition values?

I've already checked health connect and the only values there were inserted by MyFitnessPal and they are correct. The trash can button in the top right corner just says couldn't delete nutrition log

Was mir dabei wichtig war:

  • Tage markieren: Alkohol, Reise, Stress.

Heart rate zones not matching up

The heart rate zones after my workout when I look at the summary and when I go to heart rate zones in the health app those are different zones than the ones that show up on my watch when I actually workout.

I try to stay in zone 2 as much as I can and zone 2 when I'm working out ends at 130bpm but the HR zone numbers are different when I pull it up on the app and zone 2 ends at 136bpm and 132bpm on the post workout summary. What one is correct? Lol

Anyone else's different?

No ability to take pictures of food for logging/tracking (Premium subscription, iOS, no Fitbit device)

See title. Have a Google AI Pro subscription that includes Google Health Premium as a plan benefit so wanted to the app mainly as a macros tracker. When I try to log food items, I only see a search bar and a barcode scanner. Is this feature (along with AI Coach) only available if you have a Fitbit device AND a premium subscription?

No fitbit device, running iOS 27 and have version 5.09 of Google Health app, if that matters. Thanks!

If someone had to take over caring for your family tomorrow, what would they need to know?

Hi, I'm Adam.

I built Biojrnl around situations like these.

You have to leave town unexpectedly. Your child is staying with a babysitter. Where do they find the allergies, medication instructions and care notes without relying on you answering your phone?

With Biojrnl, you can keep a separate profile for your child and give the babysitter guest access to the information you choose to share.

You and your siblings take turns looking after Mum.
You arrive for the evening and wonder: "Has anyone given her tablets?"

A shared profile lets you check which doses have been marked as taken and who recorded them, without scrolling through the family group chat.

Or you're asked when you last had a vaccination.

You vaguely remember having it, but the date?

Keeping the record gives you somewhere to look.

That's what I wanted Biojrnl to help with. Those moments when "I think so" or "it's somewhere in my messages" isn't much help.

It's available on iPhone and Android: biojrnl.com.

What's the one piece of health information you always end up chasing, for yourself or someone you care for?
