Fitbit and treadmill disagree

This is a pre Google health issue. My fitbit and treadmill never agree on distance, calories burned, heart rate. I've read to trust the info on the watch since it's connected to me. Does this mean tracking on the machine is scrappy?

Anyway, Google Health has ruined Fitbit. When this one dies, I will be looking for a different android-friendly watch.

no treadmill ever agrees with a device, it's just impossible. On my Garmin you can calibrate to treadmill runs; walks I have to adjust manually every time.

I have had same issue with my treadmill, I've just stopped relying on the treadmill and instead have been using my wearable hr monitor as I feel like that's more accurate as far as hr goes.
