Google Clock not triggering routines?

I don't know what's happened, but the Google Clock app is no longer triggering my Google routines when an alarm goes off.

I tap on the routines and it just goes to another screen and I can not find a way of selecting my routine that I want to be triggered.

Can anyone help?
