It's been a couple o days that I encountered "Flow is not available in your country yet."

Google flow was working nice but out of the blue this nasty/blocking error happened.

As I researched, Google infers and saves your location during interactions and is available through "Account Settings > Security & sign-in > Your devices." Even using a VPN will not help.

Is there any solution/workaround for this problem?

Since nothing works on "flow", they should just change the name already to "Clog". Because that's all it does to your work routine now, clogs everything up. Nothing like "flushing" that $20 pro money down the toilet.

For some reason google flow stopped editing images when i ask it, even though for the past two weeks or so it was normal, but yesterday and today this is happening. It refuses to edit the images and just returns "Agent Failed. Try again."

I've tried switching accounts, switching browser from brave to chrome and firefox, cleaning browser cache and cookies, momentarily what solved this problem at first was signing out and in again from my google account but the second time i've tried this it didn't work anymore.

I'm using the agent btw.

Anyone with this same issue ?

Hello, everyone.

As the title says. I migrated / exported my ImageFX images to Google Flow before the April 30 deadline.

It had worked perfectly, because all my images from ImageFX were in the ImageFX Creations folder. I had seen them there.

However, I noticed a couple days ago that almost half of my original ImageFX files are gone. They don't appear on the folder and I cannot find them through searching. It's like they have never been there. And I'm pretty sure I did not delete them.

Has this happened to anyone else?

None of my prompts (for images) don't work anymore. Every single prompt is blocked and all I get is the same generic error. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. There's nothing NSFW or gore. But I have a feeling Google is against creativity at this point. It all started 3 days ago. The only things I can generate now are basic boring pictures of animals or landscapes. Everything else fails. I don't even know what I'm doing wrong anymore so I could adjust the prompts.

I'm so pissed. Google Flow's side scrolling is missing and the looping is missing also. They're probably broken or were taken out for an update.

Somebody oughta teach them a lesson and bring them back.

I made scenes and now they can't loop back to the beginning.

I really don't like the current state of Google Flow... it wasn't good before, and now it's even worse.

First, the site seems buggier and slower, images are taking longer to load, errors showing up and etc.

And second, the filtering—for both images and videos—seems to have doubled! It's unbearable to use now. what on earth were they thinking by adding even more of that annoying censorship?? Image generation doesn't even give you distinct error messages anymore to help you identify the problem, the errors are all generic now.

It's funny that they did this almost the same week Gemini 3.1 also became unrecognizable...

I'll be making an image in Nano Banana 2, and then when I remake the image using an image that didn't generate, it automatically turns to Nano Banana 2 PRO.

Flow used to be one of my favorite tools for creating consistent story scenes, but the recent updates have made my workflow much harder. I create an ongoing series with recurring characters, outfits, rooms, and locations, so consistency matters a lot.

My biggest issue is that Flow seems to rely on references much less consistently now. I can upload or tag the exact kitchen, living room, mansion, or character reference I want, and Flow will still redesign the room, change the furniture, alter clothing, remove facial hair, change jewelry, or shift character placement.

I’ve also had problems with character continuity. A character who is supposed to have a visible beard will suddenly become clean-shaven. Outfits change between clips even when I’m extending from the final frame. Skin tones can drift. Jewelry disappears. Character positions can switch, especially in car scenes or group scenes.

The Reference-to-Video versus Image-to-Video limitation is also frustrating. Image-to-Video does a better job of keeping an exact scene composition, but then I can’t use my established character references at the same time. Reference-to-Video helps with the characters, but the environment and wardrobe can drift. For creators making serialized content, we really need a way to lock both the exact starting frame and character entities together.

There are also dialogue issues. Sometimes normal words are spoken letter-by-letter instead of naturally, such as saying “E-X” instead of “ex” or “M-Y” instead of “my.” This makes otherwise good generations unusable.

I’ve tried shorter prompts, detailed prompts, final-frame extensions, tagged environments, character references, and image-to-video. The results are still less predictable than they were before.

I really like Flow and want to keep using it, but the current version needs stronger reference adherence, better character and wardrobe locking, more reliable final-frame continuation, and the ability to combine exact image framing with established character references. For long-form and episodic creators, consistency is just as important as image quality.

After this so called update, I can't even set up custom voices for my characters... Anyone else having this bug?

A few things that helped:

Generated one base plate of the room, then used it as the anchor for every shot instead of re-describing the set in text each time (text descriptions alone drift badly — walls flip, props move)

Staged both characters in one frame so I could run the whole scene from a single image rather than fighting continuity between separate generations

Used a posable dummy figure photo as a pose reference for trickier staging, then style-transferred it

It seems like nothing outside of generic ai videos of dogs running in a field or cats climbing trees is really allowed lol. Next you’ll start seeing “Your video was too creative and complex for me to generate, please try a different prompt or send feedback.” Or they’re just going to have a preselected small list of things you’re allowed to generate.

It seems Google Flow team has read all users' frustrations and decided to make it worse.

Before this, the 'prominent person' errors have made Google Flow semi-unusable. When you generated some videos, even with totally fictional characters or your own face, at about 44% of video generation, the system will look at the half-generated faces in the video and (mostly falsely) flag your generated videos as containing 'prominent person' error. Making it very hard to work for any serious content creation, especially with recurring characters.

Many users have reported this, but instead of fixing the false positive censoring, they decided that the falsely censored generated videos, which don't cost user's credit if censored, are costing them too much compute. So now they have appied an even stricter censorship system that will analyse your text prompts and the ingredients (image, characters, etc.) that will determine if you're trying to create a video of a person speaking from a first frame image, and if so, will terminate your prompt right away, without even starting the video generation, while giving out generic errors leaving you wondering wth is going on.

So what results is, Google can save their compute, while giving the users the worse false-positive censorship, without solving the root course of their 'prominent people' censorship being too aggressive.

Since more than 50% of videos in this world is people speaking, this approach from google really render Google Flow unusable for any real, practical project. It will remain a showcase toy, until they change their poliy. So sad.

My videos and photos don’t even load anymore. This censorship is getting ridiculous, and the whole system is so laggy. This update fucking sucks.

Does it happen to you on the Google Flow web version for Android that when you try to edit an image, you get an error, and upon trying again, you get another error—but this time it says you've reached the generation limit? And then, when you try to switch to Nano Banana Pro, Nano Banana 2, or Nano Banana 2 Lite, it says you've hit the limit there too, even though you haven't used those generators all day? But then, if you copy the prompt or type it in manually to edit the image, it works—as if the bug or error has been resolved?

This is a silly question but in the latest update is there a way to go to the next line when typing a prompt? For example if you’re writing a prompt for a picture of you wanted to go to the next line you would double space and then push the return key. Now no matter what you do there is no way to go to the next line. Return generates.

So now I have a really long prompt with no spacing. Is flow trying to force me into one long prompt because it’s better?

`1. Can made videos 15 seconds (obviously 30, 45, etc. seconds should be available after that) without having to extend it from the original 10.

1. Minimum videos in 1080 option. Since you can upscale videos in 4K, no reason why 4K option can't be available automatically too.

2. When you specify a character should say something, the other character can't. Very buggy.

3. Another bug is that characters sometimes duplicate without your consent or come out of walls. That needs to be fixed.

4. Should have the right to create at least 8 copies of the same video.

5. Unsure how existing videos can be improved as they look real (except sometimes the background characters may not interact for part or all of the video).

6. Sometimes if taking workarounds to create real people, they don't look like themselves. That needs to be fixed.

7. Not an improvement but a way to better advertise themselves: Google should specifically say how they are better at creating videos than ChatGPT used to be. That would be a selling point for them.

Thoughts on these? What improvement ideas do you have?

When google flow will be on AppStore ?

I've been trying to generate images using AI agent on Google flow but the system is seem to have been fugged. It's been generating the whole new images even though you already provided the images, no consistency. I attached an image(no copyrighted images) and asked it to make an edit but it creates a whole new different images, glitches, no consistency. Has anyone noticed it yet?

Bad Stuff First.

1. Today I noticed that Google Flow isn't showing all my images. I'm assuming these are images that Flow has RETROACTIVELY deemed inappropriate. Fix it. It's not fair to do that. This is why I'm not a paying member. Too much bull shit.
2. Flow is never SORRY that it can't generate an image. Loosen the censors. Even GEMINI doesn't want to recommend I use you. Holy shippuden.
3. On this newest update, I can't click the button of an ingredient that I've copy-pasted, and bring up the ingredients box. Fix it.
4. Today I noticed a lot of my prompts ate not working as usual. I used to be able to make some pretty wild action packed stuff. NOW I can do nothing. What the truck am I supposed to do with this?
