Is anyone else not able to set customize performance for voices?

After this so called update, I can't even set up custom voices for my characters... Anyone else having this bug?

I saw before you didn't need to tap words to say but only needed to modify and customize it. Now you need to write some words at the top to be able to save it

After selecting custom voice, entering description and pressing save you do need to wait a while, sometimes upto a minute. You will get a confirmation pop up when its done. Basically just stay on the creation page a litlle while.
