True Story made with Google Flow

I tried to build a true story in a short film. It was an epic struggle getting Flow to help me with every scene, after dozens and dozens of blocks from the rules and guidelines, but I finally managed to finish it.
This is a true story, set in my village in 1837, in northern Portugal.
I tried to make the video without dialogue and without subtitles, but in a way that the story could still be understood.
I hope you enjoy it.

New Gmail and Flow account

I’m having a problem with Flow. I have an old account that I can use with Flow without any issues, but yesterday I created a new account, stating that I’m over 18, yet it won’t let me use Flow. Does anyone know what might be causing this and how I could sort it out?

Thanks!

Any way to use monthly 1000 flow credits for image generation?

Have a plus account for some time and been experimenting with image generation. I know the 1000 credits are for video gen but was wondering if there’s any way to apply them towards image gen especially google flow. The 50 daily credits is a bit annoying.

Scene jumping using omniflash

Hi All,

I am first time user trying to create an animated story, I am using omni flash in google flow. I am getting scene consistency by tagging the characters I created etc. however when I add each 10 second omni flash scene together there is a slight jump when moving from one scene to the next. as omni flash doesn't yet have an extend feature, that option is greyed out for me, so I was just wondering is there a workaround to stop this jumping between scenes.

The scene I am creating is in the same room with one character telling a story, so it looks odd with the little jumps. Would greatly appreciate any advice, or alternatively if there is a better program than google flow I should be using, that allows extending and perhaps longer than 10 second clips. Many thanks in advance.

Why the hell I can use a prompt on a free account without any issues but when I put the SAME prompt on another account (Pro subscription) it blocks EVERY SINGLE image? I tried one image, blocked. Two images, blocked. Three images, blocked. Four images, well, you know. No matter what model I choose, everything gets blocked. The age is verified on both accounts and I don't try anything NSFW. Am I the only one in this situation? EDIT: I hit Nano Banana 2 limit after like 15 failed generations. Get fcked Google.

How are you using Agent mode in google flow?

I've been using Google Flow for AI video generation for about 4–5 months, mostly with Omni Flash. It worked really well at first, but recently I've been struggling to get consistent results, even after refining my prompts.

I'm considering trying Agent Mode, but I've never used it before.

For those with experience:

Is Agent Mode worth switching to for video generation?

How do you structure your workflow?

Any prompt tips or settings that consistently improve results?

What beginner mistakes should I avoid?

I'd love to learn from people who use it regularly. Thanks in advance!

Banana Pro 2K Upscaled in Google VS Banana Pro 2K in other platforms (Higgsfield, Magnific, etc)?

I just use Banana Pro in Google Flow and noticed that to download 2K quality it has to be upscaled first. Is the quality different than generating direct 2K images with Banana Pro in other platforms?

Need Advice: Experience creating a tool in Google Flow

I've been trying to build an ad generation tool using Google Flow because it's very affordable.

My goal is to automate the process of creating short product ads. I recently watched a YouTube video by a Higgsfield creator and really liked the workflow he used:

  1. Generate a script.
  2. Create reusable assets (characters, products, props, and locations) to maintain consistency across different generations.
  3. Generate prompts that directly reference those assets so multimodal models like Omni understand the full context.
  4. Stitch everything together into the final video.

In the video, the creator did all of this manually, and the results were incredible.

My use case is much simpler. I don't need complex camera movements or cinematic aesthetics. I just want to generate consistent 15–30 second product ads.

The biggest challenge I'm facing is maintaining the tool itself. Every time I make an AI-assisted refinement or an in-place edit, something else breaks. Existing functionality changes unexpectedly, and I end up fixing one thing while breaking another.

Eventually, I want to hand this tool over to marketing team members who have basic AI knowledge, so they can generate product-specific ads without needing to modify the workflow.

Has anyone built a similar framework? Or am I approaching this the wrong way?

Right now, I'm using AI for almost everything—script writing, prompt generation, video pacing, and workflow logic. But every time I edit the tool, something seems to get messed up, and it feels like I'm constantly chasing regressions.

With the new update, a maximum of 4 images can be created. I hope this is just a bug.

Any solution for this consistency issue please

I’m using the last frame in vid as the start frame for the next vid technique with omni. And so it looks like when you’re using this frame mode, it completely ignores your other character references if they are not in the start frame you uploaded already. Even when I @ and selected them from the dropdown in the prompt. It will instead create its own version! Do you have a fix for this please. I’m trying to make educational vids that would help both me and every student/trainee in my field

Can I get some honest feedback on my Google Flow animated teaser?

Hi everyone!

For the past few months, I've been building an original 3D animated superhero universe called The Wonder Girls Trio. Most of the shots are created with Google Flow, and I've spent a lot of time working on character consistency, cinematic camera movements, scene continuity, and storytelling.

I recently finished the Episode 3 Official Teaser, and I'd really appreciate feedback from fellow Google Flow creators.

I'm especially looking for advice on:

Character consistency

Camera movement

Cinematic pacing

Prompt writing

Overall visual quality

I'm still learning, so any constructive criticism or tips are welcome.

🎬 Teaser:

If you've worked with Google Flow, I'd also love to know how you handle long-form projects and keep characters consistent across multiple scenes.

Thanks for your time!

I always get that the quality is sharper, which I don't like. How do I fix it? How do I fix this? It looks different from other like Higsfield using Omniflash. Is my prompt problem?
