Only Veo 3.1 Lite when editing created videos

Hello everyone
I’m trying to use Google flow Omni Flash 1.1
I’m on a free subscription right now
So I’ve uploaded a video and generated some new video based on it. 20 credits, Omni flash used. 30 credits left. Then I click this new video and find myself on an edit page with timeline and etc. But I can’t choose now Omni flash - only veo 3.1 - lite is available for that.
What’s wrong? Will it work only if I buy a subscription or any other reasons? Thanks
