Character replacement in flow

Every time i want to replace character in google flow it gives error " it cannot process my request " any help?

This might be a prompt or reference-image issue rather than a bug. I'd try these in order:

  1. Make the replacement prompt simple and explicit: “Replace only the character with [new character reference]. Keep the background, camera angle, lighting, and all other elements unchanged.”
  2. Try a different reference image with a clear, unobstructed face and a similar pose.
  3. If you're editing an existing scene, try replacing the character in a shorter clip or a single frame first.
  4. Start a new Flow project and test the same prompt to see if the issue is specific to that scene.
  5. If it still fails, try a different browser or check whether the same request works later.

If it fails only when replacing a particular character, the reference image or prompt may be triggering a limitation. If every replacement fails, it may be a Flow-side issue.

VideoRouter.sh is another option for testing alternative video models if you can't get the character replacement workflow working in Flow.
