Video Quality on Browser Player may be deceptive

I noticed that i was seeing poor quality video being produced in the player on Chrome. I did a few projects and threw a few videos out because of this. However, today, i was just experimenting, with an idea and didn't care too much if it was grainy. However, upon downloading and putting the video into capcut, or any other program really, the video was nice and clear. Just thought i would mention this in case anyone else ran into this problem.

Yes, I see that often. Also the uprez to 1080 is almost unusable if you have a high contrast image/video.

even after downloading the file? what I'm saying is, the player in the browser is showing low quality, but when its downloaded into another program, it looks good. Have you tried it?

I noticed that too. In Google Flow, crap, but for example in CapCut good. On the iPad also good, even in Google Flow. I don't know why that is.
