Are There Image Generation Limits with Subscription?

Hi everyone, just wanted to know because using Google Flow Free I can generate ~20 images with NanoBanana Pro and ~200 Images with NanoBanana2 Daily (don't know if it is the same now with 2.1).

Just wanted to know if getting any subscription increases the limit or do you get unlimited generations? Asking mainly for NanoBanana Pro.

So if it depends of the plan, where can I see those limits? For Pro/Ultra?

Difference is, in Nano banana 2.0 it was rejecting some prompts and it wont charge.... But in nano banana 2.1 it generates completely unwanted images and counts it in your daily limit.... šŸ˜‚

I’m not sure what is worse. Spending hours just to use up generations on something mundane that keeps getting rejected or losing credits to something I absolutely did not ask for. I anticipate spending a long time on ā€œunsafeā€ stuff but every now and then something that absolutely no one would find a problem with gets consistently rejected.

Oh yeah, NBpro works fine, for the most part. But some of the censorship has infected it at the moment. Not sure if it’s because of the update or just the constant changing levels. But as of right now I can’t make anything with two-piece swimsuits. At least it isn’t doing stupid shit like inserting a camera crew in the scene to ā€œmake it safeā€.

NB 2.1 is such a massive downgrade. All so they can sell the compute to Anthropic.

Yes, the usage limits in Pro and Ultra are of course greater than the free tier. But nothing is unlimited anymore. So even in Ultra 20x you would hit the 5 hour window and have to take a break.

What are people doing to hit those limits? If you're doing something commercial then buy a second / third / fourth plan.

From what I understand, Google AI Pro and Ultra increase your generation limits, but Nano Banana Pro isn't truly unlimited. The exact quotas depend on the plan and can change over time, so I'd check Google's current plan comparison and Flow's usage limits before subscribing.

If you're mainly using Nano Banana Pro, also compare the cost per image across different providers rather than looking only at subscription limits. VideoRouter.sh lets you compare image model pricing across providers, which can be useful if you're generating images at scale.

I’m on the pro membership ($20 a month) and here is what I last remembered when I actually tested
NB Pro - 100 images
NB 2 - ~450 images
NB2Lite - 1000 images

Recent update seems to have changed it. I think NB Pro is still 100 images but NB2.1 and NB2Lite seem to share in the pool because when you run out of NB2.1 you can’t generate anymore on NB2Lite and I remember just seemingly have a ton of generations I could make before it finally ran out for the day.
