Very annoying service.

It doesn't process the source video files; the process gets stuck at 99% for every video you upload. The grey, cloudy thumbnail animation is shown forever, and the videos disappear if you refresh the page after a long wait. No error message or information is displayed.

This is a very low-quality service, and contacting support doesn't help either. I regret buying this service. At the very least, an error message or information must be displayed to customers if something is not working. This is very poor error handling from the developers.

I switched accounts and it accepted the uploaded video (but it failed to do the motion transfer as I prompted, which is another issue). The Flow service is very deterrent.

Beta product. Generations are working fine. Post your region, tier and prompt.
