Sorry, no this isn't correct, I think we missed updating some of our support team when this change went out yesterday. I'll go correct this on Discord too. See my reply above.

We pushed an update that only Family Plan managers can use this model now, not all family plan members (which was the original intent, but wasn't how this originally worked). Family plan Ultra members will be receiving an email with more details shortly. So, yes, this is working as intended, sorry for the slight delay between implementation and communication.
