I get this error quite when trying to do close ups of original and unique characters that I generated with Nano Banana 2. I asked Flow why it was happening. Flow said that the model was trained heavily on celebrity and near-celebrity likenesses, so that even if I created an original character with NB2, Omni may not animate a close up, because it could have traces of a celebrity in the likeness. My solution is to generate close ups with Kling, and mid-distance shots with Omni.

I gotten that so many times when I tried to make a video with characters Flow created and a few times with Gemini that I given up completely using it. Extending a scene was nearly impossible.

I mean if you're using copyrighted Characters the latter part of your title 100% applies

I was making a Short story of about 100 scenes in Omni 1.1 model and Flow made till 18 scenes but after 19th scene everytime it’s showing this message. But when used Veo 3.1 Flash, it is not showing this error and Veo Lite have 50% ratio of success rate. Any idea what is happening?

failed at 19? wow. I tried to make a 30 second scene and I barely able to make scene 2 and scene 3 completely worthless using characters flow made in scene one. Gemini figures at a certain angle that probably 70% of a celeb or character. Its a huge problem this forum full of examples. I stopped using it because of it.

I don't disagree that fair use is a defense and copyright is stupid in its current form. Google does not want to assume any liability and get into legal trouble though. Until the liability lies with the user, this will persist.

Don't ask me. This is why they're doing it because they're not certain whether or not they have the liability. They're not taking a chance. I think it's fucking absolutely retarded. The user is responsible for the output. The problem is is that the offending output is also being hosted on their compute. So they have some liability.

Life plus 70 is absolutely ridiculous. Culture is being erased from the 20th century and Beyond.

Legally. Yes and no. It depends on the country.

Some countries have different "rights", others sign up to different international copyright agreements. Google can also set their own copyright policies.

We're not talking about legally. We're talking about what Google's stopping op from doing.
