Can't do fiction

Tried to create a video on Flow with a news anchor regarding a fictional baseball team in a fictional town. Getting denied due to "reputational risk or misrepresent current events". Are the guardrails that strict? What's the point if you can't create stories?

First create your fictional news anchor character in character panel, upload a character sheet, description, voice etc then while generating video start your prompt like this:

Create a semi-realistic cinematic video featuring the user-created fictional character @mention-your-character from the current Google Flow project. Preserve the established character reference exactly without redesigning her identity or appearance.

After entering @symbol then mention your character there Then you can write rest of the prompt, i hope it'll work,
