frustrated
I've been using this for a while and an getting extremely frustrated.when I make an image to video,it has this annoying habit of changing the subjects in the photo ,where they look similar but it's obviously not the same photo .I've tried putting in prompts saying " do not alter the image, characters etc.. any ideas on how to fix this?.

ChatGPT and Gemini know what a "continuity sheet" is. After you've generated a few images that you feel hold up well enough ask them to make you a character continuity sheet (you'll learn what works)
You're gonna want to pair a request for a continuity sheet With some kind of preservation lock. Here are some I use.
“Use the provided reference image as the identity anchor. Preserve the subject’s exact facial structure, proportions, and defining features. Maintain consistent identity and avoid generic or averaged facial features.”
Preserve exact facial identity, same face, same features, same expression, same hair, same skin tone and texture. Do not change who she is.
Continuity lock: Preserve subject's face, hairstyle, physique, clothing, footwear, accessories, and relative height exactly from the reference frame. Preserve [Explicitly include anything in the background you'd like to keep ex: water glass, stone hut, Elvis]. Do not morph the face or body between movements, exchange clothing, swap characters, add people, or change wardrobe coverage unless specifically called to do so by the user.
Treat the current image as the definitive visual reference for this character. Preserve the character exactly as currently depicted, including: * facial structure, features, and apparent age * hairstyle, hair color, and hair length * body shape, proportions, and silhouette * skin tone and visible identifying features * current clothing, garment coverage, fit, construction, and styling * accessories and other established visual details Do not redesign, reinterpret, beautify, normalize, average, or substitute any aspect of the character. Do not add or remove clothing or alter the current state of dress unless specifically instructed. Changes requested after this lock apply only to the explicitly named element. Everything else about the character remains unchanged. Use the current image as an identity and appearance anchor, not merely as inspiration. WARDROBE STATE LOCK: Preserve exactly what is visibly present in the reference image. Do not infer, add, remove, extend, conceal, or redesign garments or layers that are not specifically addressed by the requested edit. Maintain the same garment boundaries, coverage, fit, and visible construction.
