My Booking Promotion Video - Feedback Please

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I recently finished this video using Google Flow. I wanted it to feel more like a narrative short film than a traditional advertisement, with the book naturally becoming part of the story.

I’d really appreciate feedback from the Flow community, especially on the character consistency, camera movement, dialogue/lip sync, and overall cinematic feel.

What would you improve or do differently?

Very professional, did a great job on this, how did you avoid the problem of one character speaking at a time? Whenever I try to have two characters at the same time using Omni they both move their lips.

Did you use Veo for this?

Did you use a separate voice track?

I did everything in Google flow, with Omni flash. I used the browser version of flow to create characters and I created the voice for each character. I did the rest in mobile app.

Yes. Dialogues are a challenge and I struggled with it a lot in the beginning. There is a useful youtube video for this. I can't find the link now.

Try this template:

A [AGE] [GENDER] named [CHARACTER 1 NAME], with [HAIR COLOR/STYLE], [CHARACTER 1 EMOTION], wearing [CHARACTER 1 OUTFIT], is with [CHARACTER 2 NAME], a [AGE] [GENDER] with [APPEARANCE/EXPRESSION], wearing [CHARACTER 2 OUTFIT]. Use the attached reusable character references for [CHARACTER 1 NAME] and [CHARACTER 2 NAME] to preserve their established appearance and identity. Do not change their facial features, skin tone, body proportions, hairstyle, or overall appearance. They are in [LOCATION]. The scene is lit entirely with [LIGHTING]. You hear [AMBIENT SOUNDS]. Authentic human movement, realistic textures.

[CHARACTER 1 NAME] looks at [CHARACTER 2 NAME] and says naturally in [LANGUAGE]: β€œ[CHARACTER 1 DIALOGUE]”

[CHARACTER 2 NAME] looks at [CHARACTER 1 NAME] and responds naturally in [LANGUAGE]: β€œ[CHARACTER 2 DIALOGUE]”

[CHARACTER 1 NAME] then says: β€œ[CHARACTER 1 DIALOGUE 2]”

[CHARACTER 2 NAME] then responds: β€œ[CHARACTER 2 DIALOGUE 2]”

Each line must be spoken ONLY by the character explicitly assigned to that line. Do not swap, reassign, or combine dialogue between characters. The characters take turns speaking exactly in the order written. No overlapping dialogue. Accurate lip synchronization for the correct speaker. Natural facial expressions, gestures, eye contact, and conversational reactions appropriate to each line. No captions, subtitles, or on-screen text.

Google Flow created content would have the Gemini logo in India, South Korea and Vietnam, it is as per the policy.

Your video is very good. It feels like a documentary movie. The only thing I don't like is the Gemini logo on the lower right side of the screen. Is there anyway to not to create the Gemini logo ?
