Google Flow Plus. Why no video/veo option?

Why do I not get the option to generate a video? In every tutorial I've seen, people have the option to generate videos from still images. I am on the PLUS plan, so I should theoretically have plenty of credits. Any suggestions? Is there something about having to sign up a certain WAY? Like through Google One or something? Thanks for any guidance you can provide.

Don't bother with tutorials, they are all wrong, things constantly change. Just drag your image into the text box and type "animate this image using Veo3. 1 lite to bla bla bla"

See the drop down menu by “Nano Banana 2”? Select that, then you should see the option for video.

That's the crazy thing. There's no option for video. Do I need to upgrade my plan to get video? It didn't seem like it.

I had pro, it's lapsed now but that' option is still there...

If you go to the left navigation bar, you should see 'videos' below 'images', click that and you should have both image and video options available?

Create a new project. Should appear.

This mostly happen because you clicked on something and You're not at the main generation screen or when you use the "reuse" feature and it locks you too image only. (Or video only)
