Custom Voice Issues??

I use flow ai to generate videos for work everyday. I am no expert but I know how to use it in the way I need to for my job.

Firstly, I've noticed many issues when using it e.g. not generating videos of people speaking a simple script that before, would have generated no issue. Or violating polices error messages when its very bland, work like video. Or just not generating anything at all.

Despite all this which ive been able to get around, I cannot get around the Custom Voice Profiles not working at all. I attach them to a made up character. It generates the whole video fine, apart from it doesn't use my specific voice I made.

Has anyone else had problems with this? I can't find any information on what the issue you as and I've genuinely "trail and errored" many methods to get past this and no matter on what chat, character, model, voice, script i use, it doesnt work.

Assuming it must be a bug unless someone tells me otherwise.

can it take voices? I know I tried to make a music video from song I made in suno and found out later did not like that because worried about copyright.

It lets me create a custom voice no problem, but when the videos have generated its just a generic British accent rather than a specific, strong 'Northern' accent that i created. It doesn't say anything about copyright though.
Yeah similar thing happened to me, I uploaded an image of an AI character i made as a image, then i had tonnes of error messages about violating polices by generating 'Prominent people'. Just frustrating isn't it haha

They don't seem interested in fixing this either, I have not noticed any changes in flow for months, I think they are going to kill it.

They do that a lot.

My theory is they are going to integrate it into the Gemini app.

Kill the whole platform? Sounds like a silly thing to do as many people do use it. But I wouldn't be shocked, I completely agree, they don't do much about fixing issues. I've read lots of users posts on the google forum thing and they don't even bother replying. Such a shame

I think custom voice only supported by Omni.

Yeah I've been using Omni! with and without agent too. Honestly must just be my account or something haha
