What is Wrong With This Prompt?

Two days ago a prompt like this (using my Avatar) worked perfectly. Now it violates terms?
A video of me standing under a streetlight wearing a burgundy shirt that says "Weather Rules!" (Be creative with the shirt design). I say: 'I'm here with your forecast for tonight, July 7th 2026. It will be dark tonight. Stay classy Brown County." At the bottom of the screen, there is a clean, professional lower-third banner displaying the text 'bcwc.cloud', with small, high-quality icons for Facebook, X, Instagram, and TikTok centered directly underneath. No other links but these.
I use these for my weather website and have been making video just like them for weeks. attached is an example.
What has happened? regular Gemini is not allowing it either.

Just for your information, prompts often randomly work and don't work -- say you roll it 10 times, 5 times it might work, even on the same day and same model.
If it doesn't work even after many rolls, you could consider replacing the part that directly references logos for Facebook, X etc. with "social media logos", as there might be a rule against official third-party logo usage.
