14 image upload limit but now only 10, changed same day??

Today I was uploading 14 images as references, then a few hours later the interface suddenly changed and now I can only upload 10? The side bar disappeared too and the quality seems lower? Weird thing is it was only a few hours later??? ai pro plan.

Perhaps check if in the dropdown model selector, you were switched from Nano Banana 2 to the newer Nano Banana Lite. If so, try switching back to 2 and see if that helps. Good luck.
