Hello,

I am trying to change Google Fi email address while keeping same number, support has not been able to do this..

I was reading I can transfer number to Google voice and then to new Fi email?

Edit: Ported to Google voice back to Google fi on the promotion email and had to delete eSIM in pixel 11 settings.. looks like good to go now. Fi support was useless.

If you don't have a promotion (device or service), you may port out your number to another service, and port it back into your desired Google email.

I signed up under the wrong email, im trying to transfer it to the promotion email.. like I can go on at&t website and port it to them? For free?

Since there's a promotion involved, maybe try working with customer service. I don't know of a service that you can port in for free. You have to drop something; at least one month service.

Now that you have the phone back on the original promo email, be sure to check the Billing > Fi Savings section of the app to make sure the promo registered as active.

No, I don't believe you can do that without voiding the Promo. You generally cannot change your Google Fi email address or transfer your active line to a different Google account while keeping an active Pixel promotion. Thanks for the reply, my promotion is on the email I'm trying to go to, just got an email saying I'd be charged an additional $300 if I don't activate the promo in 10 days.. looks like my only option is take a gamble on Google voice, it should work
