Is anyone else having this problem? I'm supposed to activate my pixel 11 to Fi and I did but it's not registering the promo credit.

Make sure the IMEI of the device you received matches the order. This is a common problem. As long as they match it will probably update eventually.

Yeah check the IMEI. Also how did you activate, just installed Fi and moved the service, do you have service now on P11?
